Therapy for high-performing men who can't turn their mind off

You've built a life that works on paper. Underneath, something doesn't.

If thinking harder were the solution, you'd already be fine.

You're doing everything right. It still doesn't feel right.

  • Your mind doesn't shut off

  • You replay conversations, decisions, possibilities

  • You're productive, but not satisfied

  • You feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you

  • You don't talk about this with anyone

  • You've been through things most people wouldn't understand

  • You keep it contained. It doesn't show

  • Sometimes you're surprised you're still standing

You've tried to logic your way through this. That's not the problem — that's the pattern.

This isn't a motivation problem. It's not a discipline problem. It's a pattern problem.

This is not passive therapy

Therapy is often portrayed as laying down on a couch, rambling along, until insight strikes like a wrecking ball. This kind of therapy has value, and it’s an option for us.

Our other option utilizes my background in applied mathematical science. Before I became a psychologist, I spent years studying how systems work: how patterns hold together, where they break down, and what actually needs to change for something to function differently. I bring that same precision to the work we do.

  1. Identify the patterns you can't see on your own

  2. Understand where they come from

  3. Replace what isn't working with something that does

What changes

  • Your mind quiets down

  • You stop looping on the same problems

  • You respond instead of react

  • Your relationships get clearer

  • You feel more grounded, without losing your edge

Not perfection. Relief. Clarity. Forward motion.

This work is a good fit if:

  • You are successful, but not satisfied

  • You are willing to look directly at what isn't working

  • You want change, not just insight

  • You're ready to do work between sessions

This is probably not a fit if:

  • You want quick fixes or surface-level advice

  • You're not open to examining your patterns

  • You need or prefer insurance-based care (this practice is private pay only)

About Dr. Bradford White

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who works with high-functioning men dealing with overthinking, internal pressure, and disconnection.

My approach integrates depth psychology with behavioral science to create clear, practical change.

I graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Applied Mathematical Science. This training shapes how I see problems. I look for underlying structure, not just surface symptoms.

In session, I'm direct and engaged, focused on helping you move forward. Outside the office, I'm a husband and father; which, for the record, is its own kind of depth psychology.
